Rajesh Jayaraman
Founder & CEO
Rajesh has spent 25 years building wealth management and fintech products. He served as CTO at Ellevest, launching their roboadvisor, private wealth, and banking platforms. He co-founded oFlows, a document workflow platform later acquired by Andera. His earlier career includes building products at Yodlee deployed at major institutions. Flextract is his second company focused on client onboarding.
Nick Blanchet
Co-founder & CTO
Nick brings deep technical skills and real wealth management experience. He holds a Master's in Math and Computer Science from Dartmouth and a CFA Investment Foundations certification. As CTO and co-founder of Ohi, he built a logistics platform from scratch that was later acquired by OnFleet. Previously, he led engineering at Ellevest through 15x growth. He started his career at Morgan Stanley in wealth management.
